I am Loretta, owner and CEO of BELLA BOUGEE’ and BUTTERFLY KISSES lipgloss collections. 

 

BELLA BOUGEE' has been a dream for years. I have never been a fan of lipstick, but I have always had a love of lip gloss.  I knew I was not the only one, so I wanted to create a lip gloss line for women that have a love for lip gloss.

BELLA BOUGEE' Lipgloss Collection was established and launched on my birthday December 17, 2020.

It was a dream that finally became a reality. It is my desire to see women of all ages, stages, and walks of life fall in love with and embrace their lips, no matter what.
